Is Sansara right for you? Let’s check the fit.
Are you the kind of individual who will thrive on the elevated care that Sansara offers? Is Sansara the kind of medical practice that will provide the personalized doctor-patient relationship you’re seeking? To help answer these, and other questions you might have, Sansara invites you to a free, one-hour consultation. It’s an informal conversation about your health, any medical concerns or conditions, the kind of care you’re currently receiving, and your reasons for considering a change. Sansara is a practice that can customize care to meet the needs of different kinds of patients. For instance:
- For people who seek access and convenience, Sansara will prioritize you.

- For people who seek true understanding of their healthcare needs, Sansara will take the time to build a deep doctor-patient relationship.
There’s no obligation to the initial consultation, and at the end you’re free to make the decision that’s best for you.
Having a good talk is a great start to membership.
Once you’ve decided to join Sansara, the relationship begins with a detailed intake visit. Dr. Varshney wants to get to know her patients fully—medically, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually—so that she can customize a plan to meet their goals and assist them on their health journey. The topics that the intake will cover include:
- Health history and medications
- Review of previous blood tests, imaging, and records, which we obtain prior to your intake visit
- Review of any procedures and hospitalizations
- Notes from specialist treatment
- Fitness assessment and discussion about exercise
- Review of diet
- Discussion of barriers to weight loss
- Mental health assessment
The intake is the start of a collaboration between Dr. Varshney and you to help maximize your health and well-being long term.
